GLENELLA OPEN WEEKEND FOR Anzac Public holiday

25 -27 APRIL 2025

A rare opportunity to book a room at Glenella for the weekend, meet new people, attend the Blackheath Chamber Music Festival and perhaps join some trail runners doing some mountain training runs before the UTA.

Our 15 bedrooms range from heritage style rooms with ensuites,  to basic twin rooms with shared bathroom faciliites. Regardless of which room you book, you have full access to all Glenella’s facilities which include a giant self-catering kitchen, 3 living spaces, a dining area for 30, wood fireplace plus more.  It’s an easy walk to the Phillips Hall if you’re attending the Chamber Music Festival, or a short run to the superb Blackheath trials if you’re training for the upcoming UTA.  Plus there are numerous cafe’s just up the road. 

Rates from $350 for the weekend (ensuite queen rooms) to $150 for shared rooms. Rate is for 2 nights.

ROOMS

Glenella has 15 bedrooms – a mix of queens, singles, twins and one quad room.  8 bedrooms are ensuite, the others share bathroom facilities down the hall. 

All beds are supplied with electric blankets, sheets, doonas and pillows.  The bed linen is provided by a hotel linen service so are of professional quality.  Extra blankets are supplied in each room.
